2-Year Coverage

Materials & Labour

Covers defects in construction materials and workmanship. This includes things like finishes, trim, and other installation issues. Some major systems like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are also covered for at least 24 months.

5-Year Coverage

Building Envelope

Protects you from defects in the building envelope — for example issues with roofing, siding, windows or other components that could allow water into the home.

10-Year Coverage

Structural Defects

Covers major structural problems that affect the home’s load-bearing integrity — like framing, foundation issues, and other critical structural components.
